What is Sculpt?

Community Where Mothers & Children Grow Together

SCULPT is a 3-month online program that guides children and their parents on a shared inward journey of self-awareness, emotional growth, and conscious living.

Designed for children aged 8–18 years and their parents, SCULPT provides practical tools and frameworks to help participants regulate emotions, build healthy relationships, discover their potential, and live a more fulfilling life.

Over the years, SCULPT has explored a wide range of life skills and inner development topics, including: Fear, Decluttering, Brand Awareness, Peer Influence, Goal Setting, Communication, Relationships, Assumptions, Labels, Valuing Things, Perspectives, Bonding with God, Speaking Your Truth, Learning to Lead, Money, Entrepreneurship, Seva (Selfless Service).

Each topic is explored deeply over the course of one month, allowing children and parents to understand the underlying patterns, practise new ways of responding, and integrate lasting change into everyday life.

Start Your Day with Clarity

Live online sessions every Saturday, 6:00–7:00 AM IST on Zoom.

Each season spans 3 months, with 3 core topics are explored in depth each month.
If you are unable to attend live, you may choose the recorded learning path, supported by a facilitator.

Discover Patterns Within

Sessions are engaging and interactive, using stories, games, role plays, visuals, guided meditation, and journaling to make complex life lessons simple and memorable.

Experience Non-Directive Journaling

During the program, participants are placed in small facilitated groups that meet during and between sessions, ensuring every child and parent receives individual attention, encouragement, and accountability.
Parents are active participants throughout the journey and receive guidance on supporting their children's growth while reflecting on their own.

My daughter was just seven years old when we first came to know about Sculpt. Her cousin had already joined the program, and I still remember watching the two of them having deep conversations about themselves, their emotions, and their feelings. As parent, it was such a beautiful and heartwarming moment to witness children naturally discussing self-awareness and emotional wellbeing.

When my daughter became eligible, she joined Sculpt and has been a part of it from Seasons 5 to 9. With every season, Sculpt gently shaped her values, strengthened her inner vision, and nurtured her passion. It helped her build a beautiful connection with herself. The sessions were thoughtfully designed in a way that made even profound concepts easy for children to understand, experience, and apply in their everyday lives.

The transition of Sculpt from a children's program to a parent-and-child journey became even more meaningful for our family. It gave us a shared path of growth, helping us understand each other better and evolve together as a family.

The most surprising and fulfilling moment came during the last summer holidays when my daughter confidently facilitated an Emotional Journaling session for both adults and children. I was amazed by her maturity, the way she approached different situations, her depth of perception, and the thoughtful solutions she offered. It was a proud moment that reflected the seeds Sculpt had lovingly sown over the years.

My daughter and I have been part of Sculpt from Season 1 onwards, and I can truly say it has been a real journey of sculpting—not just for my daughter, but for me as a parent as well.

Before joining, we often made assumptions about situations even before they happened. One of the biggest changes Sculpt brought into our lives is helping us reduce those assumptions. I realized that many of our emotional struggles come from the stories we create in our minds, and this program beautifully helped us become more aware of that.

The small concepts shared in each session have had a big impact on my daughter's mindset. As children enter their teenage years, they naturally experience many emotions, and these simple yet powerful lessons help them understand and handle those emotions in a healthy way.

Another beautiful outcome is the trust it builds—not only between children and parents but also in helping children develop a connection with God. These are such deep concepts, yet they are explained in a way that children can easily understand and relate to.

The patience with which the sessions are conducted, along with the group discussions and practical examples, makes it easy for children to accept, understand, and believe these values.

My parenting journey before and after Sculpt has been a journey from the outward to the inward.

I joined Sculpt hoping to deepen my connection with my daughter. Little did I know that the journey would first deepen my connection with myself.

One activity became a turning point. We were asked to write down both the positive and negative aspects of our children. I filled the page with her negative qualities almost instantly. But when it came to her strengths, I paused. I could think of only a few. It wasn't because she lacked them,it was because I hadn't truly been looking for them.

That realization shook me deeply.

From that moment, something within me shifted. My perception changed. I began to see her with fresh eyes. I listened more, admired her more, and gradually discovered the beautiful way she handled situations and qualities that had always been there, but which I had failed to notice.

As my relationship with myself became kinder and more aware, my relationship with my daughter blossomed naturally. The transformation within me reflected in the bond we shared.

From Season 1 to Season 7, Sculpt has truly sculpted both of us not just our relationship with each other, but also our relationship with everyone and everything around us.

Through sculpt we get to learn beyond books. It covers small and most important aspects of life. It is well structured. The concept is broken into small bits and we sail like a breeze.
